Searching for a New Apartment

I choose my apartment because of the bathroom mirrors. Not that I would reveal that to my best friend or my long term boyfriend, the people that i moved in with.

Honestly I know it sounds strange, but really it makes sense. The mirrors are perfectly positioned so that as I close the door behind me as I walk in i can see that corner of the room that had been hidden by the door.

I never expected to see anything behind that door, really I didn’t. It was a safety measure, one i found out i didn’t in the end.

We ended up leaving that apartment. I only wish it had been a day sooner.

I wish I had told them for the reason for that mirror.

I wish I hadn’t been the one to find her. and the message scribbled in what I wish was lipstick on the mirror.

I woke up with a start when I found myself in a very unfamiliar place. The bed I was lying on was grand—an English-quilting blanket and 2 soft pillows with flowery laces. Once upon a time there was an old miller who had two children who were twins. The boy-twin was named Hans, and he was very greedy. The girl-twin was named Hilda, and she was very lazy.
